On the French Riviera, between Monaco and St Tropez, nestled between the sky and the sea lies the private domain: “Hauts de Vaugrenier”.
Ideally located at 15 minutes from Nice-Côte d’Azur airport, 10 minutes from the beach of Baie des Anges, you will also be at the foothills of Provençal villages such as Valbonne, Saint-Paul de Vence and just 15 minutes from Antibes. Visit its fragrant Provençal market, or head for one of the region’s 19 golf clubs such as the 15-minute drive to the 18-hole Biot course.

The Domain is built on a hill overlooking the Baie des Anges. It offers broad views that stretch from the mountains of the Mercantour National Park to the foothills of the hinterland, and the bay of Nice and Cap d’Antibes.

Just 15 minutes from Nice-Côte d’Azur airport, the Domain has a wide range of facilities (an Olympic pool, numerous tennis courts, a restaurant, etc.) and also offers many cultural and leisure activities (library, chess, bridge, tarot, Scrabble, IT, walking trips, health paths, etc.). Three artificial lakes make walking a particular pleasure.

Security at the “Hauts de Vaugrenier” is first provided by a barrier manned by guards that check everyone entering. Another guard lives at the entrance of each hamlet, available 24h per day.

Each habitation is directly connected to the main guard post, with calls immediately identified on an electric table. All the guards are in touch via a radio system. One guard constantly circulates on a scooter within the domain, using a schedule that changes regularly, so as to supervise the villas and apartments in the owners’ absence.
